Refund and Return Policy

At Zenoglasni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our easy return and refund process. Please review the details below:

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zenoglasni.com or call us at (802) 684-3961. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. If the item was defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
